It's small, convenient, and simple. It's the InfoSeal® 1000 system. Perfect for small offices or distributed printing environments, as well as an ideal solution for a "back up" system in existing InfoSeal® accounts. The DFS 1000 fits all environments because its size, features, and convenience make it the perfect mailing system solution. The desktop system is rated at 17 pages (11" documents) per minute. This model will easily process letter- and legal-sized documents into mail-ready pieces. The paper sizes are 8 1/2" x 11" cut or burst sheets and 8 1/2" x 14" sheets. You can process a document whereby the return envelope is created by the folding process. The system will accommodate both a "C" and "V" fold configuration. On all applications processed on the DFS 1000, fold-assist perforations are required. The DFS 1000 is very operator-friendly, with easy push-button controls. The unit is sold by Anderson Resource Group, comes with a 90-day warranty and depot service/maintenance contracts are available. | |
Mid-Range System |

Of the more than 1,500 customers in industry, government, and associations who have already chosen InfoSeal®, most have selected the mid-range system. Processing up to 11,000 documents per hour, this office-size system reduces processing time with options such as an in-line check signer and variable speed controls. Documents can be designed in cut sheet or continuous formats with the fold width being fixed at 8 1/2" and the depth varying from 7" to 17". Other value-added features can be incorporated into the form such as ID cards, return envelopes and labels. Both "C" and "V" folds are available. Cutsheet forms are fed into the folder/sealer with a friction feeder that feeds the forms from the top. During the sealing process, the forms are moistened directly by the strategic placement of two wicks (one on each side) and three wicks to moisten the area where the glue tabs come together to complete the seal. High Performance Folder/Sealer |

Able to process up to 30,000 (8 1/2" x 11") documents per hour using a self-cleaning pressurized system with a vacuum-controlled water flow. This high-performance system can handle a wide variety of form sizes and applications: Width variances from 4" - 14" and depths from 7"- 17". Documents can be designed in either cut sheet or continuous formats, including value-added features such as ID cards, integrated or tipped-on labels, two-way designs or additional plies. The system prepares documents in "V" or "C" folds for mailing. Options include an in-line check signer and a burster/merger that bursts two forms and feeds into the folder/sealer in guaranteed sequence for high volume mailings. The water is sprayed directly onto the adhesive as the forms are processed through the equipment and the water is recirculated and captured into the holding tank below. The machine has a three gallon water reservoir (distilled water recommend) that can process up to 250,000 documents without refilling. And, the moistening system can be turned off to operate as a plain paper folder/sealer -- another added benefit from InfoSeal®! Cut sheet InfoSeal® forms are fed into the folder/sealer with an air filtered, vacuum fed infeed tray. This system feeds the forms from the bottom of the tray, as a result forms can be continually added while the equipment is operating. With an optional inserter you can add tickets, coupons, envelopes -- any two items that fit within the fold requirements.
